My machine has no power, what can I do to correct this?

If your machine has no power:

1.Ensure the unit is securely plugged into a working AC power outlet.

2. Ensure the power switch located on the bottom left corner is turned on.

3. Ensure the top cover is closed.

If the problem persists, your machine may require service.
