"1. Make sure your keyboard setting is correct. If using standard 411 daisywheel, the keyboard setting should be at KB I.

2. It is also possible your daisywheel needs resetting. Hold down the ""CODE"" key, while holding press the Reset key ""Q"". Then release. Ifthe wrong characters continue printing, change to a new daisywheel.
