Why is my machine not printing (just feed out a blank label)?

1. Check that the cassette tape is not empty.  The tape backing should be White.  If it is Green, replace the cassette tape with a new one.

 

2. Try replacing all four “AAA” batteries, not just two or three.

 

3. Try another cassette tape.

 

If the problem persists, your machine may require service.             

                                                                       

If the machine is in warranty, call Brother Customer Service at 1-877-478-6824 for warranty options.
