My label layout consists of multiple lines. How can I change one of the line character sizes without affecting the other lines?

1. Move the cursor (the underline) to the line that you wish to change the character size by using the Up or the Down arrow key. It does not matter where on the line.

2. Hold down the Shift key.

3. While holding down the Shift key, press the Text function key to display the Text attributes menu.

4. Press the Up or the Down arrow key until the setting for the Size is highlighted.

5. Press the Left or the Right arrow key until the desire size is displayed.

6. Press the OK key.

Note 1: If you did not hold down the Shift key in step 3, it will affectall the lines.

Note 2: If the error message Text Too High! comes up after pressing the Print key, its mean that the lines do not fit the width of the tape.

a. Install a wider tape.

b. Decrease the character size of a line.

c. Delete a line.

Note 3: The Text attributes menu contains Font, Size, Width, Style, Lineand Alignment setting. The character size and other Text attributes can be changed for the specific line. For example you can have just one linein BOLD.

b. Hold down the Shift key.

c. While holding down the Shift key, press the Text function key to display the Text attributes menu.

d. Press the Up or the Down arrow key until the setting for the Style ishighlighted.

e. Press the Left or the Right arrow key until the BLD (bold) is displayed.

f. Press the OK key.
