1. Does the machine
works with the AC adapter? If no, ensure the label on the adapter indicates that
it is an AD18, a Switching Adapter with an Output of 12V 1.3A. The label should
also indicate the + POSITIVE and the - NEGATIVE contacts of the adapter
plug. The outside surface of the tip at the end of the plug should be +
POSITIVE and the inside contact should be - NEGATIVE. Using a wrong
adapter can cause the BA7000 battery pack not to charge correctly, DAMAGE the
machine internally, not covered by the warranty. If the machine does not
turn on with the AD18 adapter, remove the battery pack and try power up the
machine with 6 “AA” alkaline batteries (ensure that the adapter plug is
