The Paper does not move or feed consistently through the printer even though the motor is running. What should I do?

If the release cover has been left open, close it completely.

 

 Please clean the print rollers and print head using the cleaning sheet

 

 Verify that you are using Genuine Brother Thermal Media.

 

 If the release cover is closed, the cleaning sheet has been used, and you are using Genuine Brother Thermal Media, the printer may have a damaged drive system. Contact Technical Support for assistance.

 

 The machine has a one year limited depot warranty. If the machine requires service, call Brother Mobile Solutions Customer Service at 1-800-543-6144 Monday through Friday, excluding holidays for a Return Authorization number.
