I'm using Windows 7 and when I try to scan using ControlCenter3, I get an error stating: CC3-205, TW006 or TW007. What can I do?

If you receive this error message when attempting to scan using ControlCenter3, but you are able to scan from other applications, please contact Brother Customer Service by calling 1-877-Brother (1-877-276-8437) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
