How do I clear all of the LEDs flashing?

All the LEDs flashing indicate a Service Call Error has occurred.

 

To clear the error, follow the steps below.

 

1. Turn off the power switch located on the right side of the machine. Wait a few seconds and then turn the machine back on. 

 

- If the error continues, leave the machine powered on for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the machine off and then turn it back on.

 

- If the error continues, perform a factory reset by performing the steps below:

 

a. Turn off the power switch located on the right side of the machine.

 

b. Make sure that the front cover is closed and the power cord is plugged in.

 

c. Hold down the GO button as you turn on the power switch. Continue holding down the GO button. The Toner, Drum, Error, and Ready LEDs will light up and then the Ready LED will turn off while the other LEDs remain on.

 

d. Release the GO button. All LEDs will be off.

 

e. Press the GO button eight times. The Ready LED should flash each time you press the GO button.

 

f. After approximately two seconds, the printer will restart and the error should be cleared.
