One or more keys on the keyboard are not working. There is no particular pattern or sequence to the failures. How can I correct this?

If any key or group of keys are not working after being pressed:

 

1.     Verify that all keys move when pressed and return after pressure is released.

 

2.     Turn the machine off for 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

 

3.     Ensure all covers are closed.

 

4.     Try pressing the key(s) again.

 

If the issue continues the machine will require service:
