Upon trying to turn unit on, I get no images on display but the unit does print out a label, how can I correct this?

If you can printout a label, but there are no images on the display, then the machine requires service.

 

The machine has a two year limited exchange warranty. If the machine is in warranty, call Brother Customer Service at 1-877-Brother (1-877-276-8437) for warranty options.
