How do I clear the message "Print Unable XX"?

Description of Solution 200000036994

The message "Print Unable" (followed by a two digit code) will appear on the display if there is a mechanical malfunction of the Brother machine.

1. Turn OFF the Brother machine's power switch (located on the right side of the machine), and then turn the switch back ON.

- If there are no errors on the LCD, go to STEP 3.

-  If the message "Print Unable XX" has been replaced by "Fuser Error" or "Self-Diagnostic", continue to STEP 2.

-  If the "Print Unable" message returns, go to Warranty Options.

2. Leave the machine with power ON for 15 minutes.

-  If the "Fuser Error", "Self-Diagnostic", or "Print Unable XX" message returns, go to Warranty Options.

3. Press the MENU, 6 (Print Reports), 4 (User Settings), START. The User Setting list will print out.

-  If the message returns, continue to Warranty Options.
