How can I center two lines of text on the label?

Description of Solution 200000039223

In order to center the two lines, the Length of the label has to be set.

1. Press the Menu key.

2. Press the Left or the Right arrow key until “Label Length” is displayed.

3. Press the ENTER key; the current length setting will be on the display.

4. Press the Left or the Right arrow key until the desired length is displayed.

NOTE: The length can be set  1.2” – 12”. You can also enter the desired length with the number keys. To return to “Auto” press the “Space” bar key.

5. Press the ENTER key to apply the selected length.

Note1: After the label has printed, use scissors to cut along the two dots on the label’s left side so that the text is centered on the label.

Note2: If the text does not fit the length of the label, error message Text Limit! will be displayed.  Try increasing the Label Length setting to avoid getting the error message.  You do not have the option to select which line to center; it will center both lines.  In Auto the machine will automatically change the length to fit the text, but the lines of text are not centered.
