How do I clear the message "Print Unable 73"?

The message "Print Unable 73" will appear on the display if there is a mechanical malfunction of the Brother machine.

 

To reset the machine, power the machine off using the power switch located on the right side of the machine. Wait approximately 10 seconds and then power it back on.

 

- If the machine displays "Ready", then the issue is resolved.

 

- If the problem continues and your machine is within warranty, you can locate a Brother Authorized Service Center (ASC) in your area by clicking on the link below:
