I connected my RJ printer to a power source and it does not turn on. What can I do?

1.       Verify that the power cord is plugged in correctly.

2.       Check the cable for damage.

a.       If you are using a car adapter, insure that the outlet has power.

b.      Try a different vehicle or outlet to see if the results are the same.

3.     Press and hold the power button and the power LED will illuminate.
