How do I find out or identify the operating system version for Windows and MACintosh?

It is important to use the correct drivers/utilities which are compatible with the operating system (OS) you are using. Please follow the steps below to check the operating system (OS) you are using.

For Windows® PC:

The latest drivers/utilities compatible with Windows® are available in the Downloads section. Follow the steps below to check the operating system (OS), and then visit the Downloads section.

  1. Check what your computer screen is like, and click the link below for the screen.

                   iv.        On the Start screen, Right-click somewhere on an empty spot (1), and then click, All Apps from the bar (2).

                    v.        Right-click on Computer (1) and then click Properties (2).

                   vi.        Go to STEP 2.
