I am getting the error message USB device not recognize, how can I correct this?

1) Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest driver for your printer.

2) Make sure the printer is turned on and the power light is illuminated.

3) The USB cable connections maybe faulty check the USB connection on the printer and the computer. Try changing the USB cable connection to another USB port on your computer.

4) The USB cable maybe defective. Try another USB cable.

If the issue persist the printer has experience a hardware failure.  Please call 1-800-543-6144 to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
