The power data and status lights are glowing red what should I do?

The power, data, and status lights glowing red indicate that there is an issue with the power adaptor or the battery.   Disconnect the power adaptor and the battery from the printer wait about 10 seconds and reconnect the power adaptor and the battery.  If the condition persists and if the power adaptor is plugged in to a surge adaptor, bypass the surge adaptor.  If the condition does not clear and you have another power adaptor that is working use the known good adaptor to see if the condition clears.

 

If the condition does not clear and you have a working battery, use the known good battery to see if the condition clears.  If the condition does not clear your printer may require service.

 

The machine has a one year limited depot warranty. If the machine requires service, call Brother Mobile Solutions Customer Service at 1-800-543-6144 Monday through Friday, excluding holidays for a Return Authorization number.
