If the P-touch
labeler is not in “Transfer” mode, the driver will not be installed.
During the driver
installation, when prompted to connect your P-touch labeler to the PC and then
turn it on, hold down the Code key and press the On/Off key to
turn on the labeler.
the driver is still not installed and the USB cable is connected to a USB hub or
to a laptop PC docking station, try connecting it directly to the PC USB
port. If not, try connecting the USB cable to another USB port on the PC
or test labeler on another PC.
If the problem
persists, your machine may require service.
The machine has a
two year limited exchange warranty. If the machine is in warranty, call Brother
Customer Service at 1-877-Brother (1-877-276-8437) for warranty
