I reveived an error message could not start print job while printing to the Ptouch label machine. How do I correct this problem?

1.    Please do the following:

a)    Click Start

b)    Control Panel

c)    Double click Administrative Tools

d)    Double click Computer Management

For Windows 8:

a)    Move the mouse cursor to the bottom right corner of the screen and then


b)    Right click to select Control Panel


c)    Double click Administrative Tools


d)    Double-click Computer Management



2.    Click Services and Applications and Services.

3.    Double click Print Spooler and make sure the Startup type is set as Automatic.

4.    Click Stop to stop the service and then click Start to restart the service.

5.    Go to this path => C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all the files under the PRINTERS folder and try to print again.

6.    Restart the PC if this problem is still existed.

If steps above do not resolve this issue, please contact your system administrator or PC manufacture for further support.
