I continue to get document jams what should I do?

If there is currently a jammed document in the scanner open the top cover and gently pull out the document taking care not to damage the document.

Remove any pieces of paper and other foreign debris that might be in the scanner

Clean you scanner refer to How do I clean the inside of my scanner?

Ensure your document is being inserted properly refer to How do I properly insert a document or plastic card in the scanner?

Make sure that your document is within the document Specifications refer to What size weight and thickness documents can be scanned?
