How do I reset my password or update my account information for my Brother Online account?

If you need to update your account information or change the password for your BOL (Brother Online) account, please follow the steps below.

To Change your password:     To Update your account Information:

1.    Open a web browser.

 

2.    Enter http://www.brothercloud.com into the address bar.

 

3.    Press the enter key

 

4.    Click the My Account link on the top of the page.

 

 

5.    Log In with your account information.

 

 

6.    If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot your Password? Link.

 

7.    Enter your email address and click Submit.

 

8.    Open your email account and follow the instructions in the email you received.

 

If you need to update any of your personal information, please follow the steps below.

If you are currently logged into your BOL, (Brother Online) account, click on the My Account link at the top of the page. 

If you are not currently logged in, please do the following:

1.    Open a web browser.

 

2.    Enter http://www.brothercloud.com into the address bar.

 

3.    Press the enter key

 

4.    Click the My Account link on the top of the page.

  

5.    Log In with your account information.

 

6.    Click on BR-Receipts, it will be grayed out slightly.

 

 

7.    At the bottom of the page there will be several maintenance links.

 

 

8.    Update Profile: This allows you to update your personal information.

 

9.    Change your Password:  This allows you to change your password.

 

10. Billing Information:  This allows you to update your Billing information for any subscriptions or monthly storage fees.
