Description of Solution 200000046980

If the Wi-Fi light keeps blinking/flashing, it is possible that label printer is unable to connect to your wireless router (network access point).

Check to ensure your PC is also connected to this same wireless router network and it is still working properly.

Once this process is verified and the label printer issue persists, perform the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the wireless connection.

STEP1:

 1. Turn OFF the P-touch Label machine.

 2. Click HERE to download and install the PTSWEEP file to remove the existing PTouch Label driver in your PC.

Note: Before selecting the Download button for your Model and Operating System. Please confirm whether your Operating System version is 32 bit or 64 bit.  Click on Start icon (For Windows 8, click Desktop icon); right click on Computer, click Property, your operating system version is displayed under System Type.

3. Read the License Agreement, click I Accept and then click SAVE.

4. Click Open folder and double click on the downloaded file. Note the name of the file.

5. It will automatically unzip the data and create a folder with the same file name.

6. Double click on the folder and then double click on file name PTSWEEP.EXE to remove the driver.  Restart the PC.
