only thing that bothered me was that it had no usb cord for my computer, I had to buy one after I received the machine, I wish I had been told so I could have purchased it at the same time.

Generally a very nice fax machinne. It does everything as advertised. The only negative thing I can say about the machine is that the LCD display is not visible if the machine is sitting on or next to your desk. I would like to have had an adjustable display that tiped forward.
It would be nice if all manufactures of fax machines would warn you that they do not work reliably on VoIP lines. VoIP causes enough bad RX & TX that I will probably have to change my fax line back to standard hard wire.
