Excellent product for the price. I'm a casual user at home so it fit my need perfectly. My only concern is that I don't receive faxes that often so I have to keep the manual close by to remind me how to receive faxes. I would recommend to any one. the cartridge is a little pricey but that's a trade off.

I have several BROTHER products and this FAX-575 is a dream. It has never given me any problems and it was a snap to set up.I am very satisfied with it.

I have had 4 of these not because I liked them so much but because they only lasted a month at best. The only good thing about it was Brother sent me a new one via FEDEX each time with instructions of how to send back defective unit. Brother took care of shipping back too!
