Prior to purchasing this fax, I had a huge , fancy machine which gave me constant trouble. When I brought it in to be repaired I saw my brother on sale for a crazy low price so I purchased it, that was 7 years ago and it never gave me one minutes trouble. I use it quite frequently and love it.

I only received one fax and was not able to send any. I went back to Staples and I was operating it correctly. One fax and then I was out of ink. Would not recommend to any one. The fax was only half a page. Now it just sits there as I am not going to pay for a new cartridge for only one fax

We bought this machine several months ago after doing some research and find the fax and copy features work well for us. In setting it up, we called customer service to get clarifications on the instructions, and the rep helped us so we were up-and-running in no time. While the quality of the copies you can make are not what you'd find with a big office model, we find they're fine for our needs in terms of keeping records for small copy jobs. We'd definitely recommend this compact, efficient machine for the price and quality for home use.

Although I'm very familiar with office and computer equipment, I needed a fax machine
now! I wanted something that would give me minimal results, but was easy to set up. The price on the FAX 575 was inviting and I had little time, so I made the purchase. As it turned out, the machine had some bells and whistles that worked well, was relatively easy to set up and produced results that were very reliable time after time. I was more than pleased with this little purchase and will look more seriously at Brother products in the future.
