PARTS MISSING BUT SERVICE 5 STAR
Dear Madam or Sir,
First I want to thank y’all for the help I received, it was 5 stars. First I noticed upon unpacking that there were some accessories missing, a quick call to a wonderful lady, a fax, and shortly after I received the items. Later I tried to use the machine and I found out the reason the material was jamming, not being cut, was that your assembly people somehow forgot to install the upper knife in my machine. installed and working great. I don’t feel anyone should be reprimanded but a reminder to your assembly personnel to ensure all parts are installed correctly, and the team who sewed the test piece should have known the knife was missing. Again, though there was a problem with the assembly the help afterwards was great. The machine is working very well also, thanks.
