I was not able to get this product to work. Software is not functioning. I called your customer service center twice and spoke to your reps, and this did NO good. I had to travel with work and now past 14 day period for returns. I have made sure Staples workers who sold this to me was aware of my unhappiness and failure of your product to perform. This has been a colossal waste of my time and money. I use an Apple MacBook Pro, and went onto your website to get appropriate software/drivers...still to no avail. It just sits in a corner until I have more time to attempt to get it working, before I toss it in the trash can.

The printer works well enough. The P-touch editor 5.1 which was needed when I upgraded to Windows 10 is much more complicated to use than the version I used with Windows 7. Why can't I just type a label. Instead it wants me to connect to a database that I apparently don't have. So I cancel that and need to select the text symbol and it starts creating a text box. Why can't I just type on the white square like I used to. When I call up an old address label it is not the same format as the old program saved it and I need to reformat in order to print the label and save it in the new format.
All I want is a simple label maker instead you created a complex word processor I don't need.

Easy to use for one off labels or mass labels. Changing labels easy and auto aligned.

I use two QL-700 label printers to support the addressing requirements of my document workstations. They have, and do, operate flawlessly on a consistent basis. The ability to include both graphic and text data on the labels makes them very versatile. I consider them among my most cost effective and labor saving devices. I wholeheartedly recommend the QL-700!
