Purchased for small office use. Had for ~3 months.
Pros: Works well. Plenty of text options and preselected stored options. Preview before printing. 9 personalized storing options. Full Keypad.
Cons: Uses .47" before/after text, .94" wasted.
This is a good product.

The labels are great, whit good options on styles, fonts, borders. The only issue is trimming the wasted label material at the beginning. I could get an approx. 72 extra inches of labels if I could shorten this.
