I got this machine from Costco so i saved a lot. Yes this machine does cut off a peice of label 1" long before it prints a label, kind of a wast. But other than that I am VERY HAPPY with my label machine. after loading the info into my pc. i was making labels with in 10 minn. I think it is the easiest gadget ever to use, and I'm 53yrs old. so if i can do it anyone can learn this machine in minets. and yes the refiles are alittle costly but i researched that before buying and knew what i was getting into for replacement cost's. It is very very easy to use. I'm sure GLAD I BOUGHT A BROTHER LABELER. SURE GLAD!!!
