Unit was easy to hook up and software easy to load and use. We purchased 3 of these for our warehouse and use them for bar codes. Great purchase

This machine's auto tape cutter wastes an inch eachtime it cuts. Due to this fact, you waste much of the roll of tape and it is expensive. The formatting and use of this machine is horrible. I very much regret my purchase of this machine. I bought the machine to make folder labels and it is not effective for this use.
