Good printer bad software
December 15, 2015
By Docdoh from Perkasie PA
The software used to run this printer on the Mac sucks. Just trying to get it to recognize the printer takes forever and is inconsistent.

Great little labeler
November 9, 2015
By Jerry39
I have enjoyed using this labeler; I do a lot of labeling for cables and patch panels; I would recommend a template for patch panels; since we use so many different types, and template that we could adjust accordingly would save some time. That said, being able to use excel and list 50 cables and have them print while I am doing something else is super. Thank you

Does Not Play Well w/Mac
October 23, 2015
By LuvMyMercedes from Lancaster Co. PA
I'm not sure what the problem is, these devices have software pre-installed in the unit, no need to install desktop software. Well my P700 doesn't like my Mac! They fight and argue all the time, with the Mac always winning. I really am dis-appointed, because when things do go well, it's a great little machine. The specs stated it was Apple OS X compatible. I wish I would have done some homework instead of making a knee jerk reaction to buy. I did not realize they offered a Wireless option. If this keeps giving me issues and keeps crashing the program.... Well I'm not sure which way I will go. I'd would like to get a wireless unit though. I did reach out to Product Support and never heard anything back.

No repair
October 16, 2015
By Useless from Miami FL
When installing the label cartridge, the white lever broke. Numerous telephone calls to Brother has sent me to service companies who do not repair this product. I cannot use it and have not been able to return it for your repair or replacement because I need to provide some information which I cannot do since the machine does not work. Probably the last Brother product I would purchase.
