This printer has many nice features, however, the most irritating of all things is that it curls the paper at both ends.
After having this printer for 4 months and using over 18 toner cartridges and replacing the drum twice, I thought it was the toner cartridge causing this most annoying problem because, it didn't seem to curl the pages for a few toners and a drum. However, I switched the toner cartridge today and, voilla, the pages are still being curled.
What causes this problem and is there a solution for it because, I'm at the end of my rope with this annoying problem. I surely hope someone with knowledge and authority can email me regarding this problem and include a telephone number and name where that person can be reached.

Bought refurb. Out of the box great! Networked easily. Really good on toner. Be sure to look online to find out how get all the extra out of your cartridge even after it says there is no more! Compatible toners work great!
