I was faced with the decision to either repair or replace my 3-yr old color laser aio which was only $199 to begin with. It wasn't the best printer out there, and the toner life wasn't the longest. So, I did some research. I came across this Brother and asked my IT guy about it. He had very nice things to say. It was a great price (plus I had a coupon from the vendor where I purchased it for additional savings). I must say, the quality of print is much better than the previous printer, and the toners are less expensive than the other aio I was looking at. It's slightly larger than the old one, but still not as big as the other one I had in mind. It's extremely quiet and prints very quickly.

I've found this printer easy to set-up and easy to use. It works much the same as their old ink jet MFC's. Getting updates is easy as well and their web site is easy to navigate.

This is the second Brother Machine that we have purchased for our home office. Having worked for one of the major office products companies we are very well educated on office machines and are quite satisfied with the quality and reliability of both our Brother Printer/ faxe machines.
