Very Good Printer

This is a very good printer and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a color laser printer that will print on both sides of the paper

We designed Machine

I have used this machine for only a short time, but to date it has been everything I could ask for in a MFC. Connected wirelessly through my network, very easy, just add the name and password, good to go.

Scans in duplex great, copies great, prints great. Fine Machine...

does the job!

We had a issue with this unit after the warranty ran out (2 months later) and Brother sent a replacement unit. Customer service was spotty and inconsistent, but the product is good! Our last unit, a ink-jet model, ran for about 12 years and still works great. Brother units never fail to deliver.

Brother printer

I am a moderate user of my printer. I run a one-person consulting business from home and I print an average of 20-30 pages a day, with some days well over 150 pages. I had one service call just after one year of use, and have not had any since, though I need to set the printer on photo setting to achieve acceptable results. The left side of the print copies on default setting are very weak compared to the right side. I am not using Brother print cartridges, but only in the last 2 months have I been experiencing this problem. I contacted Brother customer service and talked with one of your tech people for about 30 minutes, but we were not able to resolve the problem. Over all I grade this printer a 4 on a scale of 5. Oveall I am happy with the service I have received and expect to have to replace it within 6 months. I probably will get another Brother printer. I buy all my office supplies from Office Max.
