We use this high-end Brother printer for color brochures and customer presentations. I would rate this printer much higher if not for the akward output paper path. Print quality is excellent in both color and black & white. This printer would benefit from a larger paper capacity without requiring the purchase of an additional paper tray.
I had to replace the drum unit within three months of purchase. The drum unit was replaced under warrentee at no cost to me. It has worked great ever since.

I absolutely adore our new Brother MFC-9970CDW All-in-one Machine. Once I got everything linked together (Computer, router, printer), every job has been so effortless. We have a land surveying company and it makes my job easier as manager/co-owner. When I called for assistance on anything, the representatives were so friendly and knowledgable. I am very satisfied.

The color print quality is poor. You can't scan over a network if you are running Windows 8. You have to open the back and push down 2 tabs just to print a single envelope.
I hate it!
