Happy with it.

Wish I had bought one long time ago. Before my next purchase of any computer items I will look at the Brothers product.

If I find out a friend is fixing to make a purchase I will tell them to check out Brothers before buying.

New printer, 4 months old

Great printer, good price and does everything correctly and easy to use. The internal WiFi antenna could be a bit better. My home wifi setup has a range of 1200' and printer only has two bars of signal, so it runs slow. The distance between wifi and printer is about 35'. My desk where it sits, has my laptop and smart TV also and they get four bars. I would still recommend it.

Lots of Problems
May 15, 2015
By Jackel from Bradenton FL
This is a very nice printer when it prints, which isn't often. It disconnects from the computer many times a day and has to be turned off and back on. It's too bad because the print quality is very good and the copy function works well. We do not have it hooked to fax. When it quits working, it queues up copies and they have to be manually removed before you can print again. I got so frustrated, I hooked the printer to the computer with a USB cable, which defeats the value of a wireless printer, but it wouldn't reinstall and recognize it as a local printer.
