Terrific Printer at a Terrific Price

I bought my printer in September for my home office. I had no issues setting it up and it's great because I can print from both my phone and my wireless laptop computer. The color is crisp and not faded like some other types of printers. The photos I print are beautiful and the colors true. I am anxious to learn what other features this printer has. Thank you Brother for making such a wonderful product.

Great printer

I love that I can print from my Ipad. It might be a little slower but it is wireless and prints on both sides automatically. Love it!

replaced a J8 series

I wish I could have bought another J8 for the hard wire network (even though it died after 2 years). This unit is wi-fi or usb only. It is great, when it can be seen, but having to re-install the printer once a week is getting old. I have it assigned its own IP address in the router, like all the systems in the house. The printer says it is connected, but no one can see it. Not too happy.

Customer support needs improvement

Install the Inkjet to my home network and it would not print an entire page. Then would continue to try to print the page over and over.

I called customer support and we worked on the problem for over than hour. Customer said they would escalate the problem and someone would call me the next day. No one ever called me back.
