Brother™ Mobile Printers Selected for Hobart’s Independent Service Organizations
Amtech Computer Services’ Mobile Field Force Solution for Hobart Service Vehicles Includes Brother PocketJet® 6 Series Full-Page Thermal Printers

(BMS) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brother International Corporation and premier provider of printing products for the mobile workforce, announces that the PocketJet® 6 mobile thermal printer has been specified for use in the field service management system designed for 60 independent service organizations representing the Hobart line of equipment for supermarkets and food service businesses.

The mobile field force management system has been deployed by the Tennessee-based Hobart Service Contractor for handling work orders, customer receipts, repair records, parts ordering and other business processes.
The solution includes SERVTRAC field service software developed by Amtech Computer Services, a ruggedized notebook computer with in-vehicle mount and the Brother PocketJet® 6 mobile thermal printer. Compact and easy to operate, the PocketJet® 6 prints full page documents on high quality thermal paper and is engineered to withstand daily field use and extreme environmental conditions.
