When the printer was "new", all functions seemed to work exactly as expected - and that was great. Now that it is "older", the functions may or may not work as expected. Frequently have to reload drivers, and that will fix one problem while creating another. After hours and hours of working with the printer and software (following extensive research on the web), I have been unable to resolve the issues to my satisfaction.

After retiring I found I needed a laser printer, copier, scanner, fax machine like I had while working. The Brother MFC-7360N has worked out great. I do quite a bit of printing, copying & scanning - I've had no problems with any of them. Instructions for changing the toner cartridge were clear so I had no trouble.

This machine has proven pretty reliable, churning out documents without too many glitches. I was never able to get it to scan wirelessly to my Mac, so I have to hardwire it for that, but it's probably just an operator problem. I definitely am irritated by having to re-set the Sort feature for every copy job. I think it should default to collate, not the other way around, and it's a little hard to read the LED readout in some light, but tolerable. Otherwise, I'm glad I got it.
