LCD isn't backlit

The LCD isn't backllit and I can't see the menu display at all- adjusted the contrast - still can't see it

this is THE product for a home office. faultless ADF, great for large scan jobs, fast warm up for copy & print.

Problem w/ paper not feeding
No paper appears even if drawer is full
so is our other printer HL2170W now retired
since paper is not feeding
Need to correct this problem

LOVE IT
