printing and scanning works flawlessly. Even double sided printing and multi sheet scanning had never a problem. This is the best deal for the price.

Learned a lesson: READ ALL THE SPECS

This is a decent printer/copier, BUT it does NOT have auto duplexing either for printing or copying. It only has MANUAL duplexing, we switched it to another office for use as a fax machine and secondary printer/copier.
