My First Color Printer
June 27, 2015
By paulydel from Georgetown, DE.
This is my second Brother All-In-One printer/fax machine. My first one was a black and white. I am still finding my way around the color part of it but the color prints are amazing. I like the Brother products I have purchased so far. I have had my black and white printer for several years and never had any problems with it.

PRINTING/OWNING EXPERIANCE
June 25, 2015
By HUDSONGUY from HUDSON VALLEY,NEW YORK
I had purchased this Printer after moving away from(HP) Inkjet color Printer...My experiences are in 2 fold..
1) Printing using Windows 7 with my lap top 1 is smooth and swifter, Print comes out well, scans well and transmission using email mode is quicker also
2) Using windows 8 , I am not able to install the printer on my my lap top 2. Technical support has become Technical Non support...It has been a dismay for the past several months still not able to resolve the problem...

Not very happy
June 24, 2015
By Morgan
The machine wrinkles and seals envelopes. I went online chat and climbed on my desk to reach the back of the machine to do all the different tasks they suggested. (Even held my mouth the right way). If the envelope is sent out the back of the machine, it does not seal quite so tightly, but it did still come out wrinkled.

It's OK, But Liked my MFC9440 more
June 23, 2015
By MFC9340CDW from florida
having the touch screen is a bit of a pain as it requires several entries to get where you are going, and the touch screen is not very touch sensitive so you have to touch it hard and wait for it to acknowledge the touch.
the old MFC9440 had lots of buttons and the selections were spelled out, quick and easy and done. the touch screen is a step backwards in ease of use.
also, to access the toners, the old machine was much easier.
overall, Brother is a great company to deal with and that is why i chose them for a replacement copier. toner is not cheap and the knock-offs don't work well. but the phone response from Brother is great. also the copies and color from the machine are terrific.
