Wonderful

The Brother All-in-One J825DW has all the features anyone would want in an inkjet printer--including a cd/dvd drive and wifi. Its touchscreen is very easy to read and makes setup, as well as other functions, a breeze to perform. Bright, vivid colors characterize the color print quality. I have used it on plain printer paper and premium glossy photo paper without any problems. I especially like the self-diagnosis/cleaning process the printer performs ever so often. For the price, the Brother J825DW cannot be beat.

Overall very satisfied
June 14, 2013
By Roxyblue from Chicago, IL
I purchased this product 2 months ago and use it mostly for printing and faxing. One thing I really like about it is that the number keypad for dialing (faxing) is an actual keypad, unlike some of the other Multi Function Devices that have a digital keypad that appears on the screen. It's too easy to tap the wrong digit on those digital screens; not the case with this one.

I recently used the scan feature for the first time. It scans very quickly, however, the quality of the scanned image (a photograph) was very poor and there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the quality. The quality of scanned documents seems to be fine, though.

Other than that, it's a great product so far.

Easiest hookup ever, love it!
June 3, 2013
By AuntMom from mid-Michigan
This is my first wireless hookup printer I'm using as a wireless. I love it. The hookup was the easiest ever ... the print quality is amazing. It seems to use a bit more ink than my others, but the wireless capability offsets the cost for me. I'd buy another one and I'll recommend Brother to others. Good product, Brother ... if you put out consistent products like this one, I'll be back for more!
