Great machine
November 25, 2012
By CDThur from Midland, TX
This machine was easy to set up. I am pleased with its performance and print quality. My only criticism is the notice of low ink comes on very early. It can be weeks before the ink runs out of the cartridge.

extremely disappointed
November 18, 2012
By ginger from cranbury new jersey
With only a month of sparse usage the machine no longer printed. After much back and forth instead of sending me a new printer I received a refurbished printer which was all scratched. Once see the scratches I called and so told I could keep the original that I bought and take it to a service center for repair. The printer was in the shop for over a month due to needed parts. I am disappoint that I was not immediately sent a new printer in the first place since the printer was that new when it failed. I have owed many Brother printers and only replaced as main printer to obtain additional features. I have previously sung the praises of Brothers and other family members have now bought the same printer. Now I will have to think twice.

Disappointed

Great Printer
November 7, 2012
By Anonymous from Denver Metro Area
I purchased this printer to replace my Kodak, yes Kodak, ESP-7. This is a great printer. This is a great all purpose printer. Picture printing is also great. 4X6 prints turn out just as good as the Kodak. The fax feature is fantastic. Scanning works just as good as my flatbed. You get a lot of functionality at a reasonable price. Well done Brother.
