Changing or Resetting your password is easy!
In an effort to protect your privacy we have an easy 3-step process to changing your password. You must have access to the e-mail account that you used to create your account with Brother International.

If you have forgotten your password and can no longer use the e-mail address that you may have used to create your account with Brother International, you can create a new account.
Step 1- Enter your e-mail address that you used to create your account:

 


Please provide your email and if we find it in our system, we will send your password to that email account.
