Nice printer; fast, inexpensive, and it rarely jams. Always used an ink jet, but filling the cartridges was messy and expensive. I refilled the toner cartridge myself also and saved $45. All and all a very good deal.

I'm not sure how much better this inexpensive printer could be unless it converted itself to color and started printing out genuine legitimate currency. The caption captures it: Compact in size. It takes perhaps three quarters of the space of the heavy duty - and heavy if venerable aged HP it replaces and gives me back a welcome portion of desk space and doesn't threaten giving me a hernia in lifting it. Blacks are black and print quality is otherwise fine. Handles use of recycled paper well and envelope feed has been un-problematic. Cartridges are economical for number of pages produced and not a rip-off, especially considering the low up front cost of the machine. Very satisfied.
