This is such a good printer - great speed, quiet, and the print quality is very good. This is the polar opposite from our previous printer experience and we couldn't be happier with the Brother. It was also quick and easy to set up and get running. Thank you, Brother:)))

I paid the most for a printer ever, was extremely pleased with the product, until i had to change the cartraige. I purchased an extra cartrage along with the printer to avoid any problems. i now have a printer sitting idle, and two new cartraiges unused and cant get the printer to work I also dont like the way the this survey screens the complaint. The printer was good before it needed toner, now i have no priter.
