As far as printing, especially duplex, no problems. Copying duplex -- excellent. I got trouble when I wanted to switch from wireless to USB wired and I can't figure out how to get it to scan multiple pages into one *single* PDF document. Otherwise, it's a writer's best friend.

I bought this as a second printer so wanted one that I would not have to worry about the ink drying up so this laser is perfect. It is a smaller footprint than my other printer which is an inkjet. It prints quickly and is a network printer so I can send print jobs from several different computer's which have different versions of windows. I have had brother printers in the past and this one certainly lives up to my expectations for quality

I had trouble getting the wireless set up to work so I use the printer with the cable and connect whatever computer I am using. Also the printer failed to reset when I changed the cartridge for the first time so I have to use the force print function now until my new cartridge runs out of toner. Otherwise I am satisfied with how it prints.

It scans, copies, and prints very well with no problems, however, I do not use it very much. For what I've done so far, I love it. It has been easy to set up, and to figure out most of the elementary, basic settings. I haven't tried the wireless function.
