This printer was easy to set up and being able to print wirelessly is a fabulous feature. The printed pages look great, and the printer cartridges last a good long time. With heavy usage, in one year I have not gone through two whole printer cartridges. Definitely a purchase worth making.

I love everything about it except the noise. When I ordered it people complained about the noise but I didn't expect airplane, need ear protection, sound level. If you had someway to lower the noise, it would be perfect for me.

Good printer - good for networking and duplexing. But does need a feeder to be attached. This is the only down side of this printer.

I like the quality of the printed pages & the copies & the duplex feature but am frustrated with some of the operations. When I use the manual feed I often get an error message that there is a jam when there is none. Scanning photos is not easy and I should have inquired about that and might not have bought the printer had I realized that scanning photos was noy going to be easy. Currently the printer will not print wirelessly and I am not sure why. I also think the control panel is a little confusing.
