Easy to set up & reasonable resupply costs.
There was an initial issue with a "Magenta" stripe along one side of all pages printed. Customer service was quickly responsive and the issue was solved. This required minor (a few seconds) cleaning of the magenta drum with a Q-tip to remove a bit of toner on the left side.
I highly recommend this printer.

I actually stumbled onto this printer by mistake. I was looking at a full range of mono and color laser printers and saw this one for half price in a chain office store. Needless to say, I am the least impulsive buyer I know, but I snatched it up with the assurance I could return it. I went home and read every review I could and there was nothing there that implied I had made an error. I like this printer. The quality is good for the price and it just plain does the job. Moot point, but I would never pay full price for any printer and this one is included.

This printer is a mice addition to my home office. Setup went well and was printing wirelessly from desktop and laptop computers in no time. This printer supports both Mac and PC printing which is nice since we use both in our home.
